AMAVA Talent is a South African based talent management company, founded by a group of dynamic and entrepreneurial professionals with more than 30 years collective industry experience to provide specialist services in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Training and Consulting. We have a proven track record and demonstrated capabilities in talent management, which makes us the ideal business partner to help organizations identify and meet their talent needs. Having been HR Practitioners ourselves, as specialists and generalists for several corporates in diverse industries, we understand the struggles and frustrations associated with finding and matching talent to the right jobs, developing and retaining top talent.

Background

We were established in 2017 to provide innovative client centered talent solutions. Our aim is to ensure employers have access to top talent worth developing and retaining for sustainable jobs that support organizations and country economies across the African continent. Our training solutions are designed to equip students with the right skills to transition into tertiary, increase their employability and job readiness, and build key workplace capacities of entry level to middle management employees to become more efficient and better placed for career development.
